  • Pre-Ordered Dolls: Dolls ordered in advance are shipped directly from our factory in China to your doorstep via international couriers like UPS and FedEx. The total time for production and delivery of pre-ordered dolls ranges from 4 to 7 weeks.
Does the price cover customs tax and clearance?

Indeed, all customs taxes, clearance fees, and related charges are covered by us for Australian customers, so there's no extra cost for you. Customers from other countries should reach out to us for specific details.
Can I pick up my doll at a local depot?

Certainly. You can opt for depot collection for both readily available and pre-ordered dolls. Your shipping label won't show your address, and we'll notify you when your doll is ready for pickup. Please get in touch with us regarding depot collection as the nearest depot might be a significant distance from your location. Note: Australia Post is not an option for doll delivery or depot collection.
Are packaging and payment methods discreet?

Absolutely. Our dolls are shipped in unmarked boxes with no indication of their contents, ensuring complete discretion. Similarly, all transactions, whether through PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer, are processed discreetly without any reference to 'sex' or 'doll', maintaining your privacy.
